Product Experience Designer - UI/UX

As a Product Experience Designer, you will help shape meaningful and intuitive digital experiences across GCash’s financial and lifestyle products. You’ll work closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, business goals, and product opportunities, then turn these into simple and effective experience solutions.

You’ll be involved throughout the product journey—from understanding customer problems and designing end-to-end experiences to using data and customer feedback to continuously improve live products. Your work will help drive key business outcomes such as adoption, conversion, engagement, retention, and transaction growth.

You will be responsible for the following:

• Partner with Product Managers to understand customer problems, business objectives, and key performance indicators, and translate these into meaningful product experiences.
• Design end-to-end customer journeys, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, interaction models, and high-fidelity UI.
• Create intuitive experiences across GCash’s financial and lifestyle products.
• Develop experience solutions that help improve adoption, conversion, engagement, retention, cross-sell, and transaction frequency.
• Use customer research, behavioral analytics, funnel performance, and market insights to identify customer pain points and design opportunities.
• Balance customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility when developing design solutions.
• Apply experience architecture, design systems, UI guidelines, and reusable interaction patterns to create consistent experiences across GCash.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, and other stakeholders from problem definition through implementation.
• Review post-launch customer behavior and product performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Bring a strong customer and design perspective to product discussions and help influence decisions across teams.

We are looking for:

• Strong experience in UX/UI, interaction design, prototyping, information architecture, and mobile product design.
• Experience designing end-to-end digital product experiences, from problem definition to implementation and optimization.
• Strong understanding of how customer experience can influence business metrics such as adoption, conversion, engagement, retention, and transaction frequency.
• A strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to look beyond the initial brief and understand the underlying customer and business problem.
• Experience using customer research, behavioral insights, and product analytics to support design decisions.
• Strong systems-thinking skills and the ability to design experiences as part of a larger product ecosystem.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, and other teams.
• Ability to partner strategically with Product Managers and influence product decisions through design and customer insights.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and evolving customer needs.
• Experience in fintech, digital products, financial services, or lifestyle platforms is a plus.
