CNA PCA Caregiver Flexible Schedule

Sharp Home Care is hiring reliable Certified Nursing Assistants, Personal Care Assistants, and Caregivers to provide personalized, one on one, non medical support to seniors and adults in their homes throughout Marietta, Roswell, Austell, Powder Springs, Woodstock, and surrounding Cobb County communities.

Pay

Weekend shifts start at $18.15 to $19.36 per hour

Weekday shifts start at $17.60 to $18.50 per hour

Pay depends on the client assignment and scheduled shift.

Current Openings

We are accepting applications from CNAs, PCAs, and Caregivers interested in home care assignments that can work around their availability.

Available shifts may include weekday mornings, daytime hours, weekends, PRN coverage, and open shifts. Shift length and scheduling depend on the individual client, service location, and care needs.

Part time, supplemental, and potential full time opportunities may become available as new client cases are added.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Encourage independence with daily routines

• Assist with light meal preparation and household tasks

• Help maintain a safe and comfortable home

• Follow individualized care and service plans

• Complete required documentation

• Communicate client needs and concerns with families and the Sharp Home Care team

• Deliver respectful and dependable one on one care

Qualifications

We welcome candidates with experience as a:

• Certified Nursing Assistant

• Personal Care Assistant

• Caregiver

• Home Health Aide

• Companion Caregiver

• Direct Support Professional

Experience in home care, assisted living, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, hospital care, or another healthcare setting is preferred.

Additional qualifications include:

• Reliable transportation and current automobile insurance

• Dependable attendance

• CPR and First Aid certification preferred

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Compassionate, professional, and dependable approach to client care
