The Role
The VP Product Leader for Salesforce CRM sets the strategic vision and multi-year product roadmap for the Wealth and Brokerage CRM portfolio which includes Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud and CRM Analytics.
The VP leads a group of Product Managers; supporting, mentoring, empowering and growing a high performing team.
This work will enable over 27k distribution associates to efficiently, effectively and significantly engage with Fidelity customers and prospects; driving business value and growth for Fidelity’s retail business!
The role handles the day-to-day relationship with Salesforce and work across the enterprise in partnership with business leaders, client-facing associates, product, design and engineering teams across Fidelity.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree with 15 plus years of experience in product leadership or general management roles with enterprise scope
- Demonstrated experience leading large scale SaaS product implementation & product development (Salesforce or otherwise)
- Experience working directly with sales, service and relationship management professionals; supporting deployment related activities and solution consulting
- Serves as the owner of the mission, strategy, product life cycle and value creation of the group; working with the Product Managers to set priorities and create a well-coordinated roadmap
- Validated ability to influence outcomes across complex, highly regulated, matrixed organizations
- Strong executive communication, decision-making, and partner alignment capabilities
- Makes decisions based on anticipated future trends, issues, and business drivers
- Navigates dependencies and aligns priorities with key business partners
- Consistent track record working with emerging technology capabilities, rapidly learning, and scaling innovative solutions
- Makes decisions that impact results with limited oversight and will to shift focus and/or direction to meet changing conditions

The Team
The VP leads the 4 Product Managers responsible for the CRM platform and CRM experience as part of the Associate Digital Experience Product Area. We collectively focus on the creation of unified digital experiences, powered by scalable platforms to enable Fidelity associates to connect with our customers seamlessly.
Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
