HGV Class 1 Driver
We are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver to join a busy and growing operation. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and professional driver looking for consistent work, competitive rates, and a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class 1 (Category C+E) vehicles.
- Complete deliveries and collections in a timely manner.
- Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
- Ensure all paperwork and delivery documentation is completed accurately.
- Adhere to all Driver Hours, WTD, and road transport regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service when representing the business.

Requirements
- Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence.
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
- Good knowledge of UK driving regulations.
- Strong safety awareness and attention to detail.
- Reliable, professional, and flexible approach to work.

2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, courier operations, warehouse operations, or a related field required.
Certification in dangerous goods handling, cold chain logistics, forklift operation, licensure in commercial vehicle operation appropriate for assigned vehicle class and transported materials or equivalent preferred.
