What You'll Do:
As Property Manager, you'll be the face of the community and play a vital role in creating a positive living experience for residents.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing rent and home payment collections.
- Building strong relationships with residents and providing excellent customer service.
- Marketing and leasing available homes and lots.
- Coordinating all move-in and move-out activities.
- Ensuring compliance with community rules and Federal Fair Housing regulations.
- Issuing notices and managing delinquency and eviction processes when necessary.
- Partnering with Maintenance to prepare vacant homes for new residents.
- Conducting regular property inspections and helping maintain community appearance.
- Communicating regularly with your Regional Manager regarding community operations and resident needs.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys working with people.
Preferred qualifications include:
- 3+ years of property management, leasing, or related experience.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Experience with property management software; Rent Manager experience is a strong plus.
- Valid driver's license.
- Bilingual Spanish skills highly preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check.
