Moeller Precision Tool is seeking an experienced Wire EDM Operator to join our night shift team. Earn $26.25-$31.25/hr, including the Night Shift Premium, plus weekly overtime opportunities while working in a clean, climate-controlled precision machining environment. Pay & Benefits

• Starting at $26.25-$31.25/hr (includes $2.25/hr Night Shift Premium)
• Overtime paid at 1.5× after 40 hours

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate Wire EDM machines
• Load material and fixtures for production runs
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Verify dimensions and maintain tight tolerances
• Perform machine offsets and make program adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished components using precision measuring equipment
• Maintain quality standards and production requirements
• Work with tool steel and hardened materials

What You Need

• 2+ years of Wire EDM or related machining experience
• Experience working with tool steel strongly preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.)
• Experience holding tight tolerances on precision components
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills
• High school diploma or GED
• Experience with Mitsubishi, Makino, Fanuc, or similar Wire EDM equipment is a plus

Night Shift Schedule

• Training on Day Shift, transition to nights
• 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM (Mon-Fri)
• 45-50 hours/week (OT Required)
