IT Team Lead for Business Process & Content Management Services 80%-100% (f/m/d)

We are looking for a dynamic and technically strong Team Lead to join the Shared Services Switzerland Sector in Zurich. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and extending the global platform provisioning for both the strategic Business Process & Case Management and the strategic Content Management with your team.

A key mission of this role is to deliver strategic Change the Bank demand whilst ensuring a stable and reliable operations of around 2 platforms with multiple instances.

You will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to provide sustainable solutions and fulfil mandated and strategic goals.

A key mission of this role is to transform today’s technical platforms into global Target Operating Models (TOM) with workforce in different countries or managed services, ensuring future-proof, innovative platform services for our business.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Leading a team of Flowable Technology Specialists and plan respective capacity and demand for various instances over all banking domains

• Deliver as well as operate business applications running on these platforms

• Establish and develop technical delivery teams across different locations (Switzerland and Spain), building a global engineering culture and cross-site collaboration model for a modern, innovative and efficient platform strategy

• Budgeting and cost management of Operations for the two strategic technologies (Flowable and Censhare) including Vendor and License Management as well as leveraging near-shoring opportunities and drive for cost-efficiency

• Ensure high-quality technical delivery with strong engineering culture and modern development practices to deliver business and IT projects

• Ensure effective governance through adherence to established policies, clear accountability, and transparent decision-making processes

• Actively promote the COO core values Trust, Ambition, Collaboration and Courage and purpose of Julius Baer to ensure appropriate, ethical and compliant behavior and act as a role model

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor or Master degree in computer science, Engineering or a related field

• Demonstrated ability and experience in leading a team within the IT department, effective leadership to employees including performance management and people development

• Proven technical leadership in platform engineering and platform modernization including e.g. Software Development, Cloud, Gitlab and strong project management skills to coordinate various deliveries across these platforms and domains

• A visionary mind-set to shape and implement strategic initiatives aligned to the strategic goals and inspire an IT team to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment across locations

• Strongly decisive and result-oriented person with effective and efficient working and communication style also under high pressure

• Deep hands-on understanding of modern business process & case management platform technologies (e.g. Flowable, Censhare, Typo3)

• Ability to work in an agile manner and adapt to new situation

• Ability to motivate others and to work across teams and cultures
