Job Summary

As part of Accenture's Cybersecurity practice, you will define and deliver secure architectures for AI and agentic systems across enterprise environments. You will collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate AI security requirements into scalable, production-ready designs, ensuring the secure adoption of emerging technologies while maintaining resilience, trust, and regulatory compliance.

This role combines security architecture expertise, AI security knowledge, stakeholder management, and technical leadership to help organizations operationalize secure and responsible AI at scale.

Additional Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end security architectures for AI, machine learning, and agentic systems, covering data pipelines, model development, model hosting, inference layers, identity management, and security controls.

• Translate AI security frameworks and best practices into practical, implementable architectures aligned with business and technology requirements.

• Lead threat modeling and security risk assessment activities for AI workloads and define appropriate mitigation strategies and secure design patterns.

• Evaluate and recommend AI security solutions, including AI security posture management platforms, LLM gateways, model security controls, runtime protection capabilities, and AI guardrails.

• Provide technical leadership across security engagements, guiding delivery teams and ensuring high-quality architecture outcomes.

• Collaborate with enterprise architects, security leaders, and technology stakeholders to validate designs and support secure deployment into production environments.

• Support the development of AI security strategies and target-state architectures for enterprise AI transformation initiatives.

• Define security controls addressing AI data protection, model integrity, access management, supply chain security, and regulatory compliance requirements.

• Assess emerging AI technologies and security capabilities to identify opportunities for adoption and risk mitigation.

• Contribute to AI governance frameworks, security standards, and responsible AI implementation practices.

• Mentor consultants, architects, and security practitioners on AI security concepts, tools, and architecture approaches.

• Communicate technical risks, recommendations, and architecture decisions to both technical and executive stakeholders.

Job Qualifications

Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, security architecture, cloud security, or enterprise security transformation.

• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale security architectures.

• Experience leading security workstreams and collaborating with multiple stakeholder groups.

• Experience supporting cloud transformation, digital transformation, or cybersecurity modernization initiatives.

Technical Expertise

• Strong background in security architecture across cloud, identity, network, application, and data security domains.

• Deep expertise in at least one major cloud platform such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Practical understanding of AI and machine learning systems, including common architectures, deployment models, and security challenges.

• Knowledge of AI security principles, secure AI development practices, and responsible AI frameworks.

• Experience with threat modeling, security architecture reviews, risk assessments, and security control design.

• Understanding of AI security technologies, including model security controls, AI governance solutions, AI security posture management tools, and security monitoring capabilities.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior technology and business leaders.

• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear architectural guidance and actionable recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience securing large language models (LLMs), agentic systems, AI platforms, or AI-enabled applications.

• Experience implementing security controls for generative AI solutions and AI-powered business applications.

• Experience designing and governing secure AI environments in large enterprise settings.

• Experience supporting AI transformation programs across multiple industries.
