Business Development Representative

We are hiring a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) for our client to generate qualified B2B opportunities in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run outbound campaigns through LinkedIn, email, and cold calling
• Identify and engage senior decision-makers including CTOs, CIOs, IT Directors, CFOs, COOs, and VPs
• Qualify prospects and book discovery meetings for the sales team
• Maintain accurate outreach and pipeline activity in the CRM
• Achieve monthly targets for outreach, qualified leads, and booked meetings
• Work closely with the Dubai-based sales team on targeting, messaging, and follow-ups
• Continuously improve outreach scripts and sequences based on results

Requirements:

• Experience in B2B lead generation or outbound sales
• SaaS, ERP, or IT services experience preferred
• Strong written and spoken English
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, email, and cold outreach
• Familiarity with CRM and outbound sequencing tools
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
• Previous exposure to the UAE/GCC B2B market is an advantage
• 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred; strong junior candidates with demonstrated outbound sales skills may also be considered
