Description
As an Oracle IAM Developer Consultant at Accenture, you will join the Oracle Cloud Security Delivery team and deliver OCI IAM and OCI OAG projects. You will ensure service quality and efficiency and manage delivery outcomes, acting as a subject matter expert who collaborates and performs effectively, takes responsibility for assigned tasks, engages with multiple teams, and contributes to key decisions. Advanced proficiency in Oracle IAM and Oracle Cloud Security is mandatory, with advanced proficiency in Oracle Fusion Applications recommended.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, test, and go-live OCI IAM security configurations, including Identity Domains, Sign-On Policies, MFA policies, Network Restrictions, Adaptive Security, Risk-Based Authentication, and Session Management across all environments (non-prod and production).
- Architect and implement multi-domain IAM topology spanning multiple identity domains across application landscapes (Oracle Fusion, Primavera, Retail, Sales Cloud, iSupplier Portal, Partner and Agent portals) and environments (Dev, Test, UAT, Prod).
- Define and configure differentiated user journeys and authentication experiences for multiple user types — internal employees and external users (iSupplier, Partners, Agents, Contractors) — with appropriate trust levels, MFA factors, and session policies per user population.
- Design and implement SAML 2.0 federation between OCI IAM Identity Domains and Oracle Fusion SaaS applications, third-party SP/IdP integrations, and external identity providers, including metadata exchange, attribute mapping, and role provisioning via assertions.
- Design and implement SCIM 2.0 provisioning integrations between OCI IAM, Oracle Fusion applications, and third-party systems (for example, IBM Maximo and SAP Ariba) to enable automated joiner, mover, and leaver lifecycle management across all user types.
- Develop custom connectors within OCI IAM / OAG for automated user provisioning and role assignment for applications without native SCIM support, including REST/SOAP-based connector logic, attribute transformation, and error-handling workflows.
- Configure OAG connected systems for Oracle Fusion (HCM, Finance, SCM, EPM, Primavera, Retail) and OCI IAM, including data ingestion, identity correlation, role catalog publishing, and policy configuration.
- Design and implement OAG Access Certification campaigns — user access reviews, role reviews, and SoD reviews — with configurable reviewer workflows, escalation paths, and remediation actions, tailored to internal and external user populations.
- Build and configure OAG Access Request workflows enabling self-service role and resource requests with approval chains, justification capture, time-bound access, and automatic provisioning upon approval.
- Design and execute the OAG SoD policy library aligned to Oracle Fusion Finance, HCM, SCM, and EPM business processes, including policy definition, conflict identification, remediation guidance, and compensating control documentation.
- Architect cross-application identity correlation and a unified identity profile across Oracle SaaS, OCI PaaS, and external applications, ensuring a consistent identity lifecycle regardless of user type or application.
- Define and configure Application Roles, Enterprise Roles, and Role Hierarchies within OCI IAM aligned to Fusion RBAC design, ensuring end-to-end role lifecycle from Fusion role creation through IAM assignment and OAG governance.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 7+ years of Oracle IAM/OCI IAM experience, including at least one full-cycle OCI IAM and OAG implementation for a large enterprise.
- Advanced proficiency in Oracle IAM and Oracle Cloud Security (mandatory).
- Hands-on expertise with OCI IAM Identity Domains, Sign-On/MFA policies, Adaptive Security, and Session Management across non-prod and production environments.
- Proven experience with SAML 2.0 federation and SCIM 2.0 provisioning integrations across Oracle and third-party systems.
- Experience developing custom OCI IAM/OAG connectors (REST/SOAP) and configuring OAG access certification, access request, and SoD policy workflows.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and work across multiple teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle Cloud certifications (OCI IAM, OCI Security).
- Prior UAE/GCC project exposure.
- Advanced proficiency in Oracle Fusion Applications.
- Experience integrating third-party systems such as IBM Maximo and SAP Ariba.
