Key Responsibilities
- Check-in/out (private individuals and groups)
- Welcoming and assisting hotel guests
- Preparing for VIP arrivals
- Preparation of invoices
- Management of own cash register with collection of payments, currency exchange, etc.
- Receipt and processing of guest inquiries
- Various administrative reception tasks
- Use of the Opera program
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Successfully completed specialist training and, ideally, initial professional experience
- OPERA knowledge
- Professional competence, creativity and attention to detail, as well as a very high level of quality awareness
- Structured and organised way of working
- Keen interest in team-oriented work
- Very good German and English skills; additional language skills are an advantage
