Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Product Manager to execute product strategy and roadmap, leading strategic product initiatives from planning through implementation.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog in collaboration with US counterparts, leading Agile ceremonies and coordinating delivery across multiple teams.
- Own operational health, SLAs, KPIs, and platform performance, supporting day-to-day operations of ChatGPT and Claude platforms across the enterprise.
- Lead incident triage and problem management, driving continuous operational improvements and automation while understanding platform metrics.
- Lead governance activities for AI, analytics, and automation platforms, ensuring compliance with security, architecture, and data governance standards.
- Coordinate CAB/ECAB approvals, release readiness, governance activities, and perform manual platform audits with comprehensive reporting.
- Act as primary contact for assigned business stakeholders, presenting roadmap updates and operational metrics to leadership.
- Drive alignment across business and technology teams, collaborating with US counterparts on enterprise adoption initiatives.
- Analyze usage metrics and customer feedback, conducting primary research to understand end user perspectives.
- Work with respective teams on communications, enablement, training, and product documentation to support platform adoption.
- Maintain product documentation and governance artifacts, assisting with governance documentation and operational controls.
- Prepare executive dashboards and KPI reports, tracking adoption, platform health, and operational performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 4 years in Product Management, Product Operations, Platform Management, or Technology Delivery.
- Experience managing enterprise AI, Analytics, Automation, or SaaS platforms.
- Strong Agile delivery, stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience with ChatGPT, Claude or Microsoft Copilot.
- Scrum, Product Owner, or Agile certifications preferred.
