  • Support SDLC integration, change management, compliance, and post-production support.

  • Lead and develop a regional team of employees and consultants.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience leading enterprise RBAC or IAM transformation initiatives.

  • Strong experience with identity governance platforms such as SailPoint Identity Security Cloud / IdentityIQ.

  • Solid understanding of RBAC, identity governance, provisioning, authorization, and access management.

  • Proven leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.

  • Experience working with enterprise processes, standards, SDLC, and implementation lifecycle support.

  • Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR.

What makes you stand out:

  • Experience leading RBAC design in a large, complex, global organization.

  • A strong track record of building and maturing enterprise IAM operating models.

  • Confidence working across business and technical teams to influence decisions and drive adoption.

  • Experience using data, dashboards, and metrics to improve operational performance.

  • Familiarity with AI, automation, and innovation in IAM or access governance.

  • Experience managing teams and coordinating delivery across multiple stakeholders and projects.

  • A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to simplify complexity and deliver results.
