You Are: Onshore Integrations Lead

The Work:

As the Onshore Integrations Lead, you will architect comprehensive integration solutions for clients by leveraging Oracle Cloud and advanced integration architecture principles. You will drive integration strategy, translate business needs into technical solutions, and map business processes to supporting applications. Your work will include designing data entities, selecting appropriate integration technologies and patterns, and establishing overall integration architecture to ensure seamless connectivity across systems. You will also develop and architect Oracle application solutions, manage interfaces, extensions, reports, and conversions, and define technical architecture within the broader client IT landscape. Day‑to‑day responsibilities involve designing, installing, upgrading, monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting Oracle database products and supporting database development and code migration processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect end‑to‑end integration solutions for Oracle Cloud environments.
  • Lead client discussions to define integration requirements and convert business needs into scalable technology solutions.
  • Map business processes to Oracle‑supported applications and define related data entities.
  • Select appropriate integration technology components, patterns, and frameworks.
  • Design and implement integration architecture for Oracle applications.
  • Develop and architect Oracle application extensions, interfaces, reports, and conversions.
  • Oversee development, execution, and operations architecture components for Oracle‑based solutions.
  • Define Oracle technical architecture aligned with the client’s broader technology ecosystem.
  • Develop and execute integration strategies across diverse client organizations.
  • Design, install, upgrade, monitor, fine‑tune, and troubleshoot Oracle database products.
  • Support database development activities and manage code migration processes within client infrastructure.

Here’s What You Need:

  • Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud integration architecture.
  • Hands‑on experience designing end‑to‑end integration solutions in enterprise environments.
  • Solid understanding of Oracle application extensions, interfaces, reports, and conversion processes.
  • Experience with database operations including installation, tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with integration technology components, tools, and architectural best practices.
  • Ability to lead client discussions, define business requirements, and translate them into technical models.
  • Experience supporting code migration, database development, and cross‑functional collaboration.

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is:
$116,900$243,100 USD
