About Fiftyfive5
Fifteen years ago, Fiftyfive5 was founded on a bold principle: insights that fuel growth. What began as a startup quickly grew into Australia's largest and most awarded independent market research agency. In 2022, Fiftyfive5 joined Accenture Song, accelerating our access to global scale, technology and multidisciplinary expertise while strengthening our ability to help brands grow and governments deliver through data-driven decision making, creativity and innovation. Today, we work at the intersection of research, strategy, customer experience and innovation, helping organisations better understand people and make more informed decisions.

From designing insight reports and executive presentations to creating visual frameworks, infographics and workshop materials, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our work is both intellectually rigorous and visually compelling.
This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who enjoys solving problems, simplifying complexity and working at the intersection of data, storytelling and design.
What You'll Do

Transform complex data, customer insights and business challenges into engaging visual stories.
Create infographics, diagrams, frameworks and visualisations that simplify information and improve understanding.
Collaborate with researchers, strategists and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop client-ready presentation materials for workshops, executive presentations and stakeholder meetings.
Ensure all deliverables maintain high standards of visual quality, consistency and accuracy.
Support the evolution of internal design assets, templates and storytelling approaches.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in a design, creative, consulting, insights or agency environment.
A portfolio demonstrating strong visual communication, presentation design and information design capabilities.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
Strong PowerPoint presentation design skills.
Experience using Figma or similar design tools.
Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging and visually compelling outputs.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Curiosity about human behaviour, customer experience, brands and business challenges.
Bonus Skills
Experience working within market research, insights, consulting or strategy environments.
Data visualisation experience.
Motion design or animation skills.
Experience designing workshop and facilitation materials.
Understanding of customer experience, behavioural science or design thinking approaches.
