Stop Loss Consultant
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Stop Loss Consultant to join a team. This role is pivotal in supporting our self-funded accounts by leveraging expertise in stop loss underwriting and financial analytics. As a Stop Loss Consultant, you will play a key role in analyzing and managing stop loss policies while maintaining a client-facing presence.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $71,800 - $133,700 annually, plus bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Conduct underwriting and financial analytics for stop loss policies.
- Provide expert analysis and recommendations for self-funded accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure optimal stop loss solutions.
- Maintain a client-facing presence to address inquiries and provide insights.
- Support the growth and development of the stop loss department.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in self-funded accounts and stop loss underwriting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- A polished and team-driven approach to work.
