We believe in elevating a company as it scales, delivering dignity to the organization and its employees, and sharing a passion for building a legacy.

Position Overview

The Systems Enablement Manager – Integration is a critical, business-facing role responsible for guiding newly acquired and onboarded companies through the systems and process changes that come with joining our organization. This individual sits within the Integration team and acts as the hands-on systems resource for acquired business units — configuring and updating tools as needed, while directly supporting stakeholders through the change management and adoption of new processes.

This is not a pure architecture-ownership role. The focus is on enablement: working side-by-side with acquired teams to understand how they operate today, making the system updates required to bring them onto our standard tech stack, and coaching them through the transition so new processes actually stick. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable in the back end of a system and in front of a business stakeholder who's navigating change, and brings an AI-first mindset — proactively using AI tooling to diagnose issues, speed up configuration work, and build enablement materials.

Key Responsibilities

Business-Facing Change Management

  • Act as the primary systems point of contact for acquired business units, guiding them through the change management and implementation of new processes.
  • Translate new systems and workflows into plain-language guidance, training, and documentation tailored to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Run working sessions and office hours with acquired teams to walk through new tools, answer questions, and troubleshoot in real time.
  • Identify adoption risks and resistance points early, and partner with business stakeholders to address them before they become blockers.

Systems Enablement & Configuration

  • Serve as the go-to systems resource for newly acquired and onboarded business units, making hands-on updates to Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, and CPQ platforms as integration needs arise.
  • Configure objects, fields, workflows, and CPQ/pricing rules to align acquired entities with enterprise standards, adjusting quickly as issues surface during onboarding.
  • Identify configuration gaps, data discrepancies, and process misalignments, and resolve them directly or escalate with a clear recommendation.
  • Build and maintain lightweight playbooks and job aids that make future onboarding cycles faster and easier for both the Integration team and acquired stakeholders.

Billing & Revenue Operations Support

  • Support integration of complex billing models — SaaS subscription, hardware, and usage-based pricing — into NetSuite and CPQ as part of onboarding.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Revenue Operations to ensure accurate revenue recognition, billing automation, and reporting for newly integrated units.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve billing discrepancies arising from integration gaps or configuration mismatches.

AI-First Enablement

  • Use AI tools for root-cause analysis, data mapping, configuration troubleshooting, and documentation to accelerate systems enablement work.
  • Build AI-assisted training and enablement materials that help acquired teams ramp up on new systems faster.
  • Share AI-driven methods and insights with the broader Integration and Systems teams to build organizational capability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Report into the Integration team and act as their systems-side connective tissue to corporate Data and Systems teams, keeping configuration changes aligned with broader architecture and governance standards.
  • Partner closely with Finance, Sales Ops, IT, and Business Development stakeholders across acquired entities.
  • Communicate systems changes, enablement progress, and risks clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to work directly with business stakeholders through change management and process adoption — not just system configuration.
  • Strong engagement presence to drive Adoption and partnership with the businesses.
  • 3–6+ years of hands-on experience administering Salesforce and HubSpot in a commercial or operations environment, including making configuration changes directly.
  • Demonstrated NetSuite administration experience, including financial module configuration and data management.
  • Proven experience with CPQ platforms (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, DealHub, Zuora CPQ), including product setup, pricing rules, and quote-to-cash workflows.
  • Experience supporting or managing multiple billing models: SaaS/subscription, physical hardware, and usage/consumption-based revenue.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of diagnosing complex systems issues and delivering practical, hands-on fixes.
  • Active AI-first practitioner — comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or equivalent) in day-to-day workflow.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate systems and process changes for non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting M&A integration or business onboarding in a multi-entity environment.
  • Prior experience in a customer- or business-facing enablement, training, or change management capacity.
  • Familiarity with integration middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Zapier).
  • Exposure to data governance frameworks and master data management practices.
  • Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification.
  • NetSuite Suite Foundation or Administrator certification.

Please note that we do not accept unsolicited resumes, work on a Corp-to-Corp basis, or engage with non-vetted external agencies.
