What You'll Be Doing
- Operate yard loader equipment safely and efficiently to move, stockpile, and load materials.
- Load customer trucks accurately while maintaining quality and service standards.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in compliance with company policies.
- Support plant operations by assisting with material handling and production activities as needed.

- Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in an industrial, construction, or aggregate environment.
- Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and operational excellence.
- Ability to inspect equipment, identify issues, and communicate concerns effectively.
- Capability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing operational needs.
- Reliable attendance and ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
