Day to day as a Dietary Aide

As a Full Time Dietary Aide at Minden Medical Center, you will be expected to support the dietary team in providing high-quality meals and snacks tailored to patient needs. Daily responsibilities will include preparing food items, serving meals, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. You will also assist in inventory management and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines.

Communication will be key, as you'll collaborate with nursing and dietary staff to accommodate any special dietary requirements. Expect your schedule to be either evenings from 6 PM to 6 AM or mornings from 6 AM to 2:30 PM, allowing you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to our patient care around the clock. Your proactive approach to problem-solving will set you up for success in this rewarding role!
