At RECO Equipment Inc., we supply and support some of the industry's leading heavy equipment brands, including Link-Belt, Liebherr, Hitachi, Rokbak, Cummins, and Isuzu. We're looking for a motivated Rental Prep Technician who takes pride in keeping equipment clean, organized, and ready for our customers.

Requirements

What You'll Do

• Prepare rental equipment for customer delivery and return 
• Load and unload equipment and attachments 
• Inspect equipment, document condition, and complete electronic inspection reports 
• Pressure wash, clean, fuel, and perform basic maintenance on machines 
• Organize and maintain the equipment yard and shop 
• Assemble and prepare new equipment, including manufacturer inspections and accessory installation 
• Assist service technicians with basic tasks as needed 
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and professional facility 

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record 
• Comfortable using a tablet or mobile device for inspections and photos 
• Strong attention to detail and a positive work ethic 
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. as needed 
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions 
• Forklift experience is a plus (or willingness to learn) 
• Team player with a safety-first mindset
