Job Overview

The Sales Assistant will assist customers with product selection, process sales transactions, maintain product displays, and support smooth day-to-day outlet activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist with product selection.
• Explain product features, pricing, and promotions.
• Process sales transactions and handle cash/card payments accurately.
• Maintain attractive and well-organized product displays.
• Monitor stock levels and inform the relevant team of replenishment needs.
• Support product merchandising and promotional activities.
• Handle customer feedback and direct complaints to the appropriate person.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards at the sales area.
• Assist with stock counts and basic inventory records.
• Support daily sales targets and outlet requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• GCE A/L or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in retail, food & beverage, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a friendly and professional approach.
• Basic computer literacy and numerical skills.
• Ability to handle cash and sales transactions accurately.
• Good teamwork and time-management skills.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
