Description
- Facilitate licensing and partnership workstreams across assigned brands, partnering with Brand, Demand Science, Procurement, Legal, Research & Development, Culinary, Communications, agencies, and external partners.
- Support the evaluation of inbound and outbound licensing opportunities, considering alignment with brand strategy, consumer relevance, execution feasibility, timing, commercial potential, and communications value.
- Build and maintain licensing pipeline trackers, project plans, partner updates, decision logs, and milestone calendars to ensure visibility and progress across initiatives.
- Coordinate materials, approvals, and stakeholder inputs required to move opportunities from exploration through launch and post-launch learning.
- Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for licensing agencies, studios, intellectual property owners, agents, and other external partners supporting assigned projects.
- Prepare agendas, meeting recaps, action items, and internal updates that keep stakeholders aligned and informed.
- Monitor entertainment properties, cultural trends, creators, brands, and emerging partnership opportunities.
- Connect brand teams, subject matter experts, and external partners to improve collaboration, speed, and execution quality.
- Help create and maintain licensing processes, intake tools, templates, timelines, briefing materials, and decision frameworks.
- Partner with Legal, Procurement, and Brand teams to ensure compliance with contract requirements, usage rights, review processes, and brand standards.
- Maintain licensing documentation, partner materials, asset libraries, and project records to establish a clear source of truth.
- Support marketing and communications planning for licensed products and partnerships, including launch activities, media extensions, influencer opportunities, social content, public relations initiatives, and partner amplification.
- Review partner-facing and consumer-facing materials to ensure strategic alignment, brand consistency, accuracy, and proper approvals.
- Track learnings, partner feedback, execution results, and improvement opportunities to strengthen future licensing and partnership efforts.
- Prepare concise stakeholder updates highlighting project status, timelines, risks, decisions, and recommendations.
- Share best practices, tools, templates, and examples that help build licensing capabilities across the organization.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 2+ years of experience in licensing, marketing partnerships, brand marketing, communications, public relations, or business development.
- Project management skills with experience managing multiple priorities, timelines, approvals, and stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving external partners, agencies, vendors or rights holders.
- Commercial curiosity and cultural awareness with a demonstrated interest in trends, properties, partnerships, and consumer behavior.
- Problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and attention to detail.
- Written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation
Pay Range:$64,000-$95,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
