Project Lead Consultant

Mission Overview:

As a Project Lead Consultant, you will be responsible for successfully managing the project from identifying needs to implementing the solution. You will engage at the outset of the project to describe the current and future state of the business process. You will facilitate workshops, organize, and manage necessary meetings to gather information and draft deliverables required for project definition, adhering to the standards and methodology in place at our client. In this consultancy mission, you will guide the definition of future processes based on the chosen technology. You will structure the work of the development team and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Organize product delivery while respecting the defined needs, quality, timeline, and budget. You will draft necessary deliverables to clarify these objectives for all project stakeholders in line with the established methodology.
• Monitor the progress of these objectives.
• Organize meetings and workshops necessary to understand and map business processes as desired by our client.
• Be responsible for communication within the project, ensuring stakeholders are informed in a timely manner of developments and/or issues encountered.
• Propose solutions and be able to explain their impacts.
• Draft documents necessary for process definition so they can be directly used by the project team for solution implementation.
• Ensure throughout the project that the implemented solution corresponds to the solution described in agreement with the business.
• Ensure that the solutions you propose are integrable into the environment and operational methods of our client.
