Responsibilities
As an Associate Manager, Control and Reporting, you will assist with the periodic closes for PepsiCo Beverages North America (PBNA). Additionally, you will assist with the preparation of materials for quarterly Corporate and Audit deliverables.
Role will report to Director of PBNA Financial Reporting and mainly consist of:
- Periodic Reporting
- Consolidation, reconciliation, analysis and reporting of financial results
- Preparation and review of SAP S/4 to HFM reconciliations for various business units. Assist with data loads in various systems, and related mapping reviews
- Quarterly and Annual Reporting
- Preparation/Review of Quality of Earnings and Close decks
- Preparation of quarterly MD&A and related schedules
- Assist with review of quarterly internal/external communications
- Preparation of KPMG deliverables
- Corporate and Government Reporting – Estimated Retail Sales, Order of Volumes, Sector Hart-Scott-Rodino Data, Sector Charitable Contributions, etc
- Off Close/Ad Hoc Activities
- Assist with new standard implementation, projects, etc
- Identify areas of opportunity for automation and simplification within PBNA reporting processes.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $93,500 - $156,450.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- CPA
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- Experience in financial accounting with public accounting experience (Big Four preferred)
- Transformational mindset, challenging the status quo and push for streamlining and new ways of working
- Agility with ability to lead and manage change seamlessly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Tech savvy, proficient in MS Office applications (e.g. MS power point, Sharepoint, Outlook, Teams, Co-pilot). S/4 Hana and HFM experience required
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Possess a strong ability to develop relationships and work collaboratively across multiple functions
- Excellent organizational skills
- Critical thinking and analytical ability
- Flexible, creative, resourceful, self-motivated with desire for self-improvement
