POSITION TITLE: Support Team Member

DEPARTMENT: Support – Weekend Shift (Friday-Sunday 6:30am-7:00pm)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Perform monthly cycle counts and other inventory counts.
• Identify parts for PARs and dealer calls. 
• Resolve problems and provide assistance to the receiving team. 
• Perform analysis on and resolve location availability issues. 
• Pick and put-away replenishment to support the shipping teams. 
• Pick and ship vendor returns and scrap orders.   
• Provide information for procedural changes, safety concerns, or needs to Shift Supervisor. 
• Accept calls and resolve customer issues. 
• Operate material handling equipment. 
• Requires ability to work flexible hours, to include different shifts and weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferred candidates will have at least two years progressive warehouse experience and an excellent attendance record. 
• Must possess ability to problem solve and analyze data and information. 
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. 
• Positive attitude and willingness to accept responsibility. 
• Candidates must also show a demonstrated record of superior productivity and quality. 
• In-depth knowledge of EWM/DView/SAP, or the demonstrated ability to learn the system(s). 
• Dedication to learning lean concepts and applying them in the work environment.

Canton, OH US. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
