The Opportunity:
Hiernaast, communiceer je met collega's binnen de cleanroomactiviteiten om informatie uit te wisselen en waar nodig toelichting of interpretatie te geven, zodat procedures correct worden begrepen en nageleefd. Een strikte naleving van maatregelen inzake contaminatiebeheersing en veiligheidsvoorschriften staan hier centraal.
Verantwoordelijkheden:
- Verantwoordelijk voor het opbouwen, reinigen en verpakken van diverse Single-Use-assemblages volgens Engineering Process Records (EPR's), technische tekeningen en Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).
- Draagt de vereiste persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen (PBM's) en meldt alle bijna-ongevallen en EHBO-incidenten.
- Verantwoordelijk voor het naleven van cleanroomprotocollen en cGMP-richtlijnen om een ISO Klasse 7-omgeving te handhaven.
- Neemt actief deel aan het proces van continue verbetering en volgt de juiste procedures voor wijzigingsbeheer (change control).
- Escaleert mogelijke proces- en/of productafwijkingen tijdig om afval, herbewerkingen en retourzendingen van klanten te voorkomen.
- Zorgt dagelijks voor orde, netheid en organisatie (6S) van de werkplek en gemeenschappelijke ruimtes.
- Ondersteunt een correcte voorraadadministratie door ongebruikte onderdelen en componenten correct terug in voorraad te plaatsen in verzegelde zakken, inclusief onderdeelnummer en lottraceerbaarheid.
- Werkt volgens de kwaliteitsnormen van ISO 9001:2015 in alle productieafdelingen, in lijn met de kwaliteitsdoelstellingen van het bedrijf.
- Voldoet aan de interne productieplanning om tijdige leveringen aan klanten te garanderen.
- Vult de EPR-documentatie correct in en ondertekent deze voor elke afgeronde assemblagestap.
- Voltooit assemblages binnen de voorziene tijd zoals vermeld op de werkorder.
- Hanteert een mentaliteit van "in één keer correct bouwen" om kwaliteit en efficiëntie te maximaliseren.
- Voert andere toegewezen taken uit indien nodig.
Kwalificaties:
Minimale kwalificaties:
Diploma secundair onderwijs of gelijkwaardig (GED).
0 tot 2 jaar relevante ervaring in een productieomgeving binnen een cleanroom.
Voorkeurskwalificaties:
- Ervaring met werken in een cleanroomomgeving.
- Ervaring met het lezen en interpreteren van technische tekeningen.
- Kennis van Lean Manufacturing-principes en continu verbeteringsprocessen.
Vaardigheden en competenties:
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Vermogen om effectief te werken in een teamomgeving.
- Voert werkzaamheden uit met de hoogste aandacht voor veiligheid en kwaliteit.
- Bereidheid en vermogen om opgeleid te worden in alle cleanroomprotocollen en deze strikt na te leven.
- In staat om bedrijfsrichtlijnen, procedures en protocollen te begrijpen en op te volgen.
- Flexibel, proactief, gemotiveerd en in staat om zelfstandig initiatief te nemen.
- In staat om lasten tot minimaal 23 kg (50 lbs) te tillen.
- Basiskennis van computergebruik, inclusief Microsoft Office, met een goede beheersing van Word en Excel.
- Sterke probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
