How will you make your impact?

As a Project Manager at Linxon, you will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, leading the safe, successful, and profitable delivery of EPC projects from award through commissioning and handover. You will own project P&L performance, drive operational excellence, manage customer relationships, and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with Linxon’s commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

What will you do?

• You will lead the safe and profitable delivery of EPC projects from initiation through commissioning and handover.
• You will maintain full accountability for project P&L, budget performance, forecasting, and financial results.
• You will ensure compliance with all Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality requirements, regulations, and company standards.
• You will champion a "Work Safe, Home Safe, Zero Harm" culture across all project activities.
• You will lead, coach, and support multidisciplinary project teams to achieve project objectives.
• You will establish effective communication with customers, internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• You will support bid and pursuit activities by contributing execution strategies, risk assessments, and delivery plans.
• You will secure and optimize project resources to support successful project execution.
• You will manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and change control processes.
• You will evaluate and implement scope changes while protecting Linxon’s commercial interests.
• You will ensure compliance with all company procedures, project controls, and governance requirements.
• You will monitor project performance and drive achievement of key milestones and deliverables.
• You will prepare and present accurate project reports covering progress, financial status, risks, and forecasts.
• You will serve as the primary customer interface and maintain strong client relationships throughout project execution.
• You will manage subcontractor performance, contracts, and commercial obligations.
• You will proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• You will pursue opportunities to improve project performance, customer value, and business outcomes.
• You will oversee commercial reporting, revenue recognition, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• You will deliver projects that meet safety, quality, financial, schedule, and customer satisfaction targets.
• You will support collaboration across engineering, procurement, construction, and commercial functions.
• You will travel as required to support project execution and customer engagement.
• You will maintain a strong on-site presence during construction to ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance.
• You will drive alignment between project execution and Linxon’s strategic business objectives.
• You will foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement across project teams.

Who you are?

• You are an experienced Project Manager with a strong track record of delivering complex EPC, electrical transmission, substation, and infrastructure projects safely, on time, and within budget.
• You are a results-driven leader with experience managing full project P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, cash flow management, and commercial performance.
• You are skilled at leading and motivating multidisciplinary project teams, creating an environment focused on safety, collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
• You are an effective communicator who builds strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• You have a solid understanding of project management principles, project controls, risk management, contract management, change management, and project execution methodologies.
• You are proactive and solutions-oriented, with the ability to identify risks, resolve challenges, and capitalize on opportunities to improve project outcomes.
• You have strong negotiation, problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• You demonstrate strong business acumen and can balance customer expectations, project objectives, and company goals to deliver successful outcomes.
• You are committed to safety, quality, and operational excellence, and lead by example while promoting a "Work Safe, Home Safe, Zero Harm" culture.
• You are resilient, adaptable, and calm under pressure, with the ability to manage competing priorities and changing project demands.

• You have experience delivering EPC projects within the power, utility, electrical transmission, substation, renewable energy, or infrastructure sectors.
• You have a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• You have a PMP certification or other project management certification, or the ability to obtain one.
• You have strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
• You are willing to travel as required and maintain an active presence on project sites during construction and commissioning activities.

What we offer?

The compensation range for this position is between CAD $112,900 and CAD $150,600 annually.
