Job Description Summary
The Senior Organizational Change Management Leader is responsible for developing strategies, tactical communications and an engagement plan to execute successful business transformations for system enhancements and new system implementation for Services ERP projects. OCM strategies and deliverables support the successful deployment of new technologies, processes, and initiatives, and are designed to drive adoption and deliver a positive change experience for the customer-facing team.This is an individual contributor role.

Job Description
What you’ll do:
- Develop strategic change plans that include stakeholder engagement, communication, organization readiness, training and performance support activities.
- Identify change impacts to develop actionable impact analysis and message maps for each impacted persona or function.
- Ensure that information and change is communicated to impacted audiences throughout the duration of the program.
- Create and maintain appropriate content channels and tools including newsletters, emails, FAQ pages, online content, and others as appropriate for impacted users’ engagement and enablement.
- Coordinate training material readiness, build training calendar and establish standard work to ensure proper and accessible storage for Process and System Training materials
- Collaborate with the Business, Process Excellence and Project core team to identify change impact and Organization readiness, meaningful success metrics and plans to address resistance and reinforce change.
- Partner with Business operations to listen to customers and contribute to design deliverables
- Focused understanding on cross-functional processes and engagements needed across Gas Power Services to enable system deployment.
- Introduce daily standard work operating rhythm to drive OCM changes.
- Integrate change management activities into project plans.
- Proactively identify and implement improvements to the change management strategy & methodology.
What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
- 5+ additional years of experience in cross-functional roles supporting Commercial, Supply Chain, Field Services, and Operations organizations.
- Strong business process and OCM tools understanding with proven experience driving change, user adoption and communication.
