AI Technical Lead - Construction, Real Estate, Property, SaaS

An AI technology company is expanding its client-delivery capability and is seeking an AI Technical Lead to a pivotal, customer-facing role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex implementations and shaping how a scaling an AI solution company delivers for enterprise clients.

About the Role

Reporting to the department head, this role is well suited for someone who has already delivered customer-facing technology programmes and wants greater ownership in a business that is still defining its delivery model in the AI domain. You will take ownership of end-to-end delivery across customer on-boarding, solution configuration, technical discovery, data migration, testing, roll out and post-launch transition. You will maintain a clear view of milestones, dependencies, actions, risks and decision points, ensuring all parties remain aligned throughout the programme. Working closely with senior customer stakeholders and internal Product, Engineering, Solutions and Customer Success teams, you will lead implementation programmes from initial discovery through configuration, launch and adoption. You will ensure that commercial commitments translate into realistic delivery plans, technical teams remain aligned with customer priorities, and risks are addressed before they become delivery issues. You may currently be a Project Manager, Technical Delivery Manager, Implementation Manager, Engagement Manager, Professional Services Consultant or Client Delivery Lead within enterprise software, technology consulting, systems integration or digital transformation. You will facilitate regular project working sessions, customer updates and senior steering meetings. The role calls for someone able to communicate clearly with frontline operational users, project teams, technical specialists and executive decision-makers—particularly when difficult conversations around scope and outcome. 

The Successful Candidate:

• Bachelor's Degree from accredited university or college in Business, Information Systems, Engineering or Computer Science
• Passionate in AI enabled SaaS or any AI technology
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in driving software, IT, implementation, or professional services projects in the real estate, property or construction domain
• Experience in construction technology, property technology, infrastructure, document-heavy operations, compliance-focused workflows, data migration, enterprise integrations or AI-enabled SaaS would be advantageous.
• Candidates from broader B2B software, consulting, systems-integration or digital-transformation backgrounds will also be relevant.
• Deliver enterprise SaaS, software implementation, IT transformation, systems integration or consulting projects for external customers.
• Work effectively with software engineers, product managers, solutions consultants and customer-success teams, without needing to be the hands-on technical specialist.
• Interpret technical and operational requirements, then turn them into clear work streams, priorities, milestones and accountable actions.
• Identify potential risks early, drive practical mitigation plans and escalate issues with appropriate context and urgency.
• Build credibility with senior stakeholders through calm communication, commercial awareness and a strong sense of ownership.
• Good command in Chinese and English
