Summary of Role:
The Finance and Analytics Manager will support financial analysis, investment evaluation, portfolio analytics, lender reporting, and strategic decision-making across the business. This role combines financial and investment analysis capabilities with hands-on technical skills, including SQL and advanced Excel. This role will work across Finance, Operations, Business Development, and senior leadership to evaluate investments, analyze portfolio performance, validate data, and support key business decisions.

Qualifications
The Finance and Analytics Manager will support financial analysis, investment evaluation, portfolio analytics, lender reporting, and strategic decision-making across the business. This role combines financial and investment analysis capabilities with hands-on technical skills, including SQL and advanced Excel. This role will work across Finance, Operations, Business Development, and senior leadership to evaluate investments, analyze portfolio performance, validate data, and support key business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Technical / Analytics
- Write and maintain SQL queries to retrieve financial, location, COAM, game, and operational data from company databases.
- Create custom reports and datasets to support Finance, Operations, Business Development, and senior management.
- Develop recurring portfolio reporting by location, COAM, manufacturer, game, revenue, WPU, and other key operating metrics.
- Validate data accuracy and reconcile information across databases, financial reports, operational systems, and Excel-based analyses.
- Build and improve reporting tools, dashboards, and automated analytical processes to increase reporting efficiency and data reliability.
2. Finance & Investments
- Evaluate potential investments, acquisitions, retention opportunities, and capital expenditures using DCF, IRR/XIRR, ROI, payback period, and other return metrics.
- Analyze COAM and game performance to identify underperforming assets, investment opportunities, and portfolio optimization initiatives.
- Assess the financial performance of machine installations, swaps, upgrades, and redeployments to support capital allocation and future deployment decisions.
- Analyze financial statements, operating results, cash flows, and key performance drivers across the business.
- Support recurring and ad-hoc lender reporting, including liquidity analysis, financial performance, covenant-related analysis, and other lender requests.
3. Ad-Hoc Analysis & Strategic Support
- Perform ad-hoc Financial, operational, and strategic analysis for senior management to support business planning and decision-making.
- Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives requiring financial modeling, data analysis, executive presentations, or decision support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in strategic finance, investment analysis, corporate finance, FP&A, transaction analysis, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong financial modeling skills, including DCF, IRR/XIRR, ROI, and cash flow analysis is REQUIRED
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong SQL proficiency, including the ability to independently write queries, extract data, and validate results is REQUIRED
- Strong understanding of financial statements and financial performance analysis.
- Experience working with large datasets and reconciling information across multiple data sources.
- Ability to translate complex financial and operational data into clear business insights and recommendations, with strong communication skills across senior management and cross-functional teams.
