THE ROLE
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will support consumers and business users across multiple channels, helping them resolve issues and get the most from innovative AI products.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting customers with billing and invoicing enquiries
- Troubleshooting account access issues
- Guiding customers on the use of AI products and features
- Providing accurate, timely and professional responses
- Resolving customer issues efficiently
- Delivering a high-quality customer experience
- Working towards quality and performance targets
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Previous customer service/tech support experience is required, as well as interest in AI
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
- Customer-focused and solution-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays
WORKING HOURS
The operation runs 24/7.
You will work 8 hours per day + 1-hour lunch break, Monday to Sunday, on rotating shifts.
Day Shift: 07:00–22:00
Night Shift: 22:00–07:00
Your specific schedule will be assigned according to operational requirements.
TRAINING
You will receive approximately 15 working days of intensive training.
LOCATION
The position is based in Lisbon in a modern office environment with:
