Position Overview:
As part of the Product Development & Engineering team, you will contribute to innovative projects that support the development of next-generation energy, charging, battery, and connected power technologies. Working alongside experienced engineers and technical specialists, you will apply your academic knowledge to real-world engineering challenges in areas such as firmware development and power electronics.
Depending on your background, interests, and career goals, you will have the opportunity to contribute to one of several exciting engineering projects while being mentored by industry professionals.
The primary purpose of this internship is educational. The student will work under the supervision of an assigned engineering mentor to gain practical experience in software/firmware development, energy systems, or power electronics. Activities will be structured around defined learning objectives and project-based deliverables that support the student's academic development and, where applicable, thesis requirements.

- Document designs, specifications, and test results.
- Write, test and refactor code in languages such as C/C++, or Python for embedded processors.
Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however, others can be developed along the way.
Required Qualifications:
- Students currently pursuing a HAVO / Bachelor’s or Master degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering (ICT) or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of embedded systems, microcontrollers, and real-time operating systems (RTOS).
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with source control system (like Git)
- Basic knowledge in embedded systems (device design and optimization techniques)
- Familiar with development methodologies
- Mostly office environment and in engineering labs.
- May be required to perform field tests.
This exciting position offers a monthly base salary range between 800 EUR to 850 EUR. The actual salary offer will consider a wide range of factors, including skills, experience, and location. This salary will be pro-rated based on any part-time working agreement.
