Description
This position leads the hospitality team in delivering a high-quality on-premise guest experience that reflects the brand, supports business goals, and ensures safe, efficient daily operations. Responsibilities may also include oversight of food service operations, such as a café, including coordination of Back of House and Front of House activities.
Essential Duties:
Facilitation of strategic priorities, departmental goals, initiatives, and performance work objectives management
Oversees and approves VIPs, beer schools, in-house events, staff scheduling, and temp labor use
May oversee food service operations, including café-style service, Back of House preparation and operational standards, and Front of House guest service execution
Oversees and report on budgeting and department finances
Manage staff hiring and performance; provide training/mentoring
Integration of Sales and Branding campaigns into the liquid center aesthetic and brewery experience
Uphold legal requirements and ensure safety of guests
Active member of the Liquid Center
Other duties as assigned
Education/ Experience/Skills:
Four years of team management and customer service experience
Experience managing or supporting food service operations, including Back of House and Front of House functions, may be required based on business needs
Thorough knowledge of all NBB and Bells brands, history, process, culture, and the beer industry
In depth knowledge of marketing/branding practices and procedures at NBB
In depth knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of financial statements
Advanced verbal and written communication and public speaking skills
Thorough understanding of legal requirements for serving alcohol
Knowledgeable in brewing processes and NBB and Bells beers
Percent of Travel: 0-10%
Working Conditions: Office; Restaurant environment; Position requires working nights & weekends.
Physical Requirements:
The position requires frequent, constant standing and walking.
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours).
Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
Must be able to move and process information quickly.
Continuously bend, reach, twist and use your hands and arms.
Wage information is provided in compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and is Bell’s and New Belgium's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range and benefits offered for this position. The compensation offered to the successful applicant may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, location, or other position-related reasons.
Starting Salary Range: $65,000-$77,500
