- Build, develop, and lead a small high-performing international team of Payroll and HR Operations experts to support global service delivery across all regions together with local HR contacts.
- Drive the global harmonization of Time & Attendance processes, leveraging SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking alongside selected best-in-class local solutions where appropriate.
- Standardize, optimize, and document end-to-end HR Operations processes using internal tools such as Celonis, establishing enterprise-wide process standards and best practices.
- Drive automation, system integration, and the adoption of AI-enabled solutions to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and employee experience.
- Establish a robust global governance framework, including KPIs, service standards, controls, and a comprehensive monthly reporting structure to monitor operational performance.
- Lead the implementation and integration of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery capabilities into the global HR Operations landscape.
- Effectively manage stakeholders, vendors, project risks, and organizational change activities across multiple regions and functions.
- Serve as the Global Process Owner for Payroll, HR Operations, and Time & Attendance, driving governance, continuous improvement, compliance, and operational excellence.
We offer
