$90,000–$100,000/year + benefits
What if you could practice with real clinical autonomy, a manageable caseload, and a clear path toward clinical leadership?

What’s in it for you:
• $90,000–$100,000/year
• Manageable 6–8 client caseload
• Hybrid flexibility
• Benefits, PTO, and paid holidays
• Retirement plan with company match
• Clinical autonomy and clinician-first culture
• Career path toward Lead BCBA or Clinical Director
• Growing organization with strong advancement opportunities
What you’ll be doing:
• Conduct behavioral and skills assessments, including FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, and PEAK
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans and BIPs
• Analyze client data and modify programming based on progress
• Supervise and provide clinical direction to RBTs
• Train and communicate with parents and caregivers
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and BACB compliance

What you’ll need:
• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Georgia licensure or eligibility for Georgia licensure
• Experience providing ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain required payer credentialing
Experience supervising RBTs, conducting FBAs, developing treatment plans/BIPs, or pursuing clinical leadership is preferred.
If you’re a BCBA looking for more than another high-caseload clinical role, this is an opportunity to practice with autonomy, grow your career, and have a real voice in patient care.
