Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Client Servicing & Business Development

• Build and manage strong relationships with clients across FMCG, Retail, Consumer, Rural and Lifestyle sectors.
• Understand client briefs and translate them into innovative experiential, retail, rural and event-led solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to pitching, proposal development and revenue growth.
• Drive end-to-end client communication, ensuring alignment on objectives, timelines, budgets and deliverables.

Experiential & Event Marketing

• Conceptualize and execute on-ground activations, brand experiences, events, launches and consumer engagement campaigns.
• Develop innovative activation ideas that create meaningful consumer interactions and deliver against campaign objectives.
• Manage projects end-to-end—from briefing and planning to execution, post-event reporting and evaluation.
• Work closely with vendors, production partners and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.

Rural & Retail Marketing

• Plan and execute rural marketing initiatives, market activations and consumer engagement programs across relevant markets.
• Leverage regional insights, consumer behaviour and local market dynamics to create effective rural campaigns.
• Drive retail activations, visibility initiatives, in-store experiences and trade engagement programs.
• Develop and implement SOPs, execution frameworks and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability across markets.

Stakeholder & Project Management

• Collaborate with Creative, Strategy, Operations, Production, Analytics and Client Servicing teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery, quality, budgets and client expectations are met.
• Track campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports, insights and recommendations for clients.
• Manage external agencies, vendors and partners to ensure smooth and cost-effective execution.

What We’re Looking For

• 6–8 years of experience in client servicing, experiential marketing, events, activations, retail marketing or rural marketing.
• Strong understanding of on-ground activations, experiential campaigns, events and retail marketing.
• Hands-on experience in rural markets, regional activations and consumer engagement programs will be an added advantage.
• Strong client management, business development and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to develop innovative campaign ideas and translate them into executable solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively for on-ground activations and events, as required.
