About the Role

We are looking for a Key Accounts Supervisor to manage client relationships, support business growth, and lead account management activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with key clients
• Develop strategies to achieve sales and business targets
• Identify new business opportunities
• Monitor account performance and client requirements
• Lead and support the account management team
• Address client concerns and ensure timely resolution
• Prepare account reports and performance updates
• Ensure excellent customer service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field
• Supervisory or team leadership experience
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Results-oriented and client-focused
