Cashier  Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Manage daily cash collections, payments, and bank transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.  Process payments in a timely manner in accordance with the company’s payment policies and payment schedule. Maintain and update daily bank books, collect bank statements and payment slips promptly, and submit supporting documents to the AP Accountant for accounting entries.  Assist in monthly bank reconciliations and investigate and resolve discrepancies on a timely basis. Handle monthly closing and reporting such as preparing accrual list, liquid forecast, and other reports upon management requirements. Ensureall deliverables are completed accurately and within deadlines.  Maintain proper filing and documentation of payment records and banking documents in accordance with company policies and audit requirements.  Other responsibility assigned by manager. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related majors.  Strong attention to detail and accuracy Effective communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Team spirit, willing to learn and can work under pressure.  Good at in English (Both oral and written) #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
