Regional GM ResiBuilt

Job Responsibilities:

 

• Works closely with our VP of Construction on our Builder Training Program
• Source vendors for the applicable region’s vertical construction estimating and purchasing initiatives
• Manage construction managers in region- responsible for fee building and warranty in the region
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures including but not limited to our professional code of conduct and expense guidelines and reporting
• Recommends and implements process improvement related to all department initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Experience:

• Candidate to possess minimum 4 year college degree or combination of education and experience suitable for the role
• Candidate to have 4+ years of industry or related management experience
• Candidate to demonstrate competency with Microsoft or equivalent suite of tools including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM, etc.
• Candidate to possess strong verbal, written, and communication skill

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is: $0.00 - $0.00, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
