Title: Continuous Improvement Project/Program Analyst
Location: Belgrade, Serbia

Position Summary
The Continuous Improvement (CI) Project/Program Analyst supports measurable and sustainable improvements across operational and service processes. The role identifies improvement opportunities, coordinates initiatives, analyzes performance data, and works with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, quality, cost, customer outcomes, and cycle time. The Analyst also helps build continuous improvement capability through training, clear communication, and practical problem-solving.
Key Responsibility
• Process analysis and opportunity identification: Review end-to-end operational, service, or supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies, waste, bottlenecks, rework, and root causes.
• Improvement initiative coordination: Lead or coordinate continuous improvement projects from initial definition through implementation, handover, and follow-up.
• Workshop facilitation: Facilitate process-mapping sessions, improvement workshops, Kaizen events, and root-cause analysis discussions.
• Data analysis and performance tracking: Define appropriate measures, analyze data, monitor key performance indicators, and evaluate the impact of changes on cost, quality, productivity, customer outcomes, and cycle time.
• Business cases and reporting: Prepare clear business cases, project updates, dashboards, reports, and recommendations to support decisions and demonstrate results.
• Sustainability and standardization: Work with process owners to document new ways of working, establish controls, assign ownership, and ensure improvements are maintained over time.
• Training and capability building: Develop and deliver practical training on continuous improvement principles, tools, and structured problem-solving methods.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with operations, quality, engineering, technology, supply chain, and other relevant teams to align priorities and deliver agreed outcomes.
• Change and stakeholder support: Communicate changes clearly, engage affected stakeholders, address implementation barriers, and support adoption.
• Compliance and safety: Ensure improvement activities follow applicable company policies, quality requirements, information security, data privacy, and safety standards. Promote a safety-first culture.
Basic Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in an operational, service, support, quality, project, or process-improvement environment.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly to different audiences.
• Analytical and structured problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data and turn findings into practical actions.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Working knowledge of NCR Atleos products, services, and operational processes, or the ability to develop this knowledge quickly.
• Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, quality, data analytics, or a related field.
• Practical experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, value stream mapping, SMED, process mapping, or root-cause analysis.
• Experience coordinating projects and supporting organizational change, including stakeholder engagement, risk management, and implementation planning.
• Experience leading cross-functional workshops and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
• Proficiency in data analysis, dashboarding, or reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Previous experience in service planning, customer support, technical support, field services, ATM services, or a comparable service environment.
