This role is responsible for processing customer orders, generating invoices and shipping documentation, maintaining Salesforce records, and ensuring the accuracy of sales and shipment information. Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders, sales data, and shipment information with a high degree of accuracy.
- Generate customer invoices, packing lists, and shipping documentation.
- Maintain and update customer, order, and shipment records in Salesforce.
- Review orders and documentation to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare reports using advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Accounting, and other internal teams to ensure timely order processing.
- Maintain organized electronic records and perform general administrative support.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and verbal).
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry, sales administration, order processing, or a similar administrative role.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, sorting, and filtering.
- Experience processing large volumes of data with exceptional accuracy.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Salesforce experience is considered an asset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
