WHAT'S THE SCOPE?
Pay: We offer our Experienced HVAC Service Tech a competitive wage of $30-$40 per hour, along with commission opportunities on any sales you choose to make, without requiring sales quotas or high-pressure selling.

Schedule: This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with some on-call responsibilities and overtime opportunities available.
YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER
As our Experienced HVAC Service Tech, you'll start each day ready to solve problems and help customers stay comfortable in their homes. You'll travel throughout Pittsboro and the surrounding area, inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of heating and cooling systems. Using your technical expertise and troubleshooting abilities, you'll identify issues, recommend solutions, and clearly explain service options to customers.
WHAT'S REQUIRED?
- 5+ years of residential HVAC repair and maintenance experience
- Current EPA Certification
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Mechanical aptitude
- Electrical knowledge
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn
A current NATE Certification is preferred but not required.
