What You'll Be Doing
- Serve as the primary point of contact between warehouses, customers, sales representatives, carriers, and vendors regarding warehousing and distribution activities.
- Coordinate road freight shipments from start to finish, including shipment creation, transportation assignment, delivery management, billing, and operational follow-up.
- Manage day-to-day warehousing and distribution operations for assigned customer accounts, ensuring service expectations are met.
- Coordinate pickups, deliveries, shipment updates, and communication among all parties involved in the distribution process.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and customer account documentation within company systems.
- Monitor operational workflow and complete reports to support shipment visibility and performance tracking.
- Review warehousing and distribution billing activities, identifying and escalating discrepancies to Sales, Management, or Pricing teams when necessary.
- Collaborate with multiple internal departments to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and service quality.
Who You Are
- You have an Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent professional experience.
- You have 1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, distribution, or supply chain operations.
- Experience within 3PL, warehousing, trucking, LTL, FTL, or freight forwarding environments is highly preferred.
- You possess strong organizational and multitasking skills and can effectively manage multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously.
- You are customer-oriented and comfortable communicating with vendors, warehouses, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
- You have experience using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with EDI, XML, transportation management systems, or freight management systems is considered a plus.
- Advanced English proficiency is required.

- 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM/ 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
