This position will focus on increasing disease and therapy awareness among both patients and referring physicians, while strengthening connections to the heart team through various market development initiatives including physician education programs, echo-focused workshops, digital marketing, congress activities, and regional referral engagement activities. The role will also support cross-functional marketing and sales initiatives for the business unit.

How you will make an impact:

  • Develop a basic understanding of structural heart disease, cardiology patient pathways, and therapy options to support related activities.

  • Build and maintain relationships with cardiologists, hospital stakeholders, referral coordinators, and regional referral networks.

  • Drive engagement and referral activities targeting GCs, GPs, and referring physicians. Map and quantify referral pathways, from diagnosis to treatment.

  • Build the Plan and execute disease and therapy awareness initiatives targeting both physicians and patients through digital marketing, educational programs, congress activities, and regional programs.

  • Build a comprehensive event calendar, ensuring monthly engagement with target stakeholders

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, medical affairs, and field teams to support market development activities.

  • Able to travel within the region to visit key stakeholders and KOLS, building your network and optimizing strategic initiatives

  • Establish and maintain leading indicators for growing therapy adoption

What you will need (Required):
•Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in medical or science

•Experience in cardiac echo either from clinical or sales
•Successful experience of developing and implementing education projects
•3+ years  experience in sales and/or marketing role preferred
•Medical device or pharmaceutical sales or educational experience Preferred
•Cardiology experience (sales or clinical) Preferred

• Knowledge of and experience with the selling process.
• High level attention to detail and ability to convert complex concepts into easy to understand language.
• Ability to intellectually present key concepts and market these internally to gain access to resources for driving business ideas
• Ability to make decisions based on analysis of risk.

• A passion for customer service and solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
• Must be well organized, self-driven, highly motivated and goal-oriented with high level of energy
• Demonstrated business acumen
• Intermediate skill level and understanding of IT platforms. (Office 365, SFDC)
• Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
