Strength in Trust

OneTrust’s mission is to enable innovation through the responsible use of data and AI. We believe that ensuring data is trusted shouldn’t slow teams down—it should accelerate what’s possible. This led us to develop the first technology platform for responsible data use in 2016. Today, with AI representing the latest and most impactful expansion of data yet, OneTrust is once again redefining what responsible innovation looks like. OneTrust, the AI‑Ready Governance Platform™, unifies regulatory intelligence, automation, and connected governance workflows so businesses can continue to move at the speed of AI while ensuring good governance to prevent data misuse at scale. Trusted by thousands of organizations worldwide, OneTrust is shaping the future where trusted data becomes a transformative force for business and society.

The Challenge

We’re looking for a curious, collaborative Manager to join our Marketing Operations team and help turn great marketing ideas into scalable, measurable programs. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in understanding our lead management processes, designing thoughtful solutions, and bringing those solutions to life across our marketing technology ecosystem, including Marketo.

You’ll partner closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and related teams to understand business needs, solve operational challenges, and create experiences that help our teams work more effectively. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable thinking strategically, getting hands-on in the technology, and finding practical ways to use automation and AI-enabled capabilities to improve how marketing operates.

Your Mission:

  • Marketo Expertise: Contribute to the day-to-day management, troubleshooting, and solution design of our Marketo instance. We’re a lean team, so everyone pitches in and has opportunities to make a hands-on impact.
  • Lead Management: Monitor and continuously improve lead management processes, including scoring, enrichment, lifecycle management, routing, and other operational workflows.
  • System Design: Understand how our marketing technologies work together and help design solutions that create a connected experience while minimizing unintended downstream impacts.
  • Campaign Design: Partner with demand generation and other marketing stakeholders to ensure campaigns are built and executed using best practices, with clear measurement tied to business outcomes.
  • AI and Automation: Explore and apply AI-enabled features and automation within marketing technologies to improve efficiency, data quality, campaign execution, personalization, and team productivity.
  • Technology Partnership: Help evaluate, implement, and optimize marketing technologies while contributing to a scalable and well-governed martech ecosystem.
  • Troubleshooting: Provide thoughtful, hands-on troubleshooting within Marketo and across the broader marketing technology stack.
  • Consent: Support the development and implementation of consent strategies in a privacy-first marketing environment.

About You:

  • MCE certification or comparable Marketo expertise required.
  • Experience using go-to-market technologies such as 6sense, Qualified, LeanData, and Salesloft is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with AI-enabled marketing technologies, automation, or workflow optimization.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce and how it connects with marketing systems.
  • Solid understanding of lead management concepts, including scoring, lifecycle management, routing, enrichment, and campaign measurement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
  • A collaborative, service-oriented mindset and the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail and a desire to continuously improve processes.
  • Ability to manage workload independently, prioritize effectively, and keep work moving in a fast-paced environment.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or related operations role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-focused environment and manage multiple projects at the same time.
