Freedom Classical Academy is a K-8 charter school specializing in a unique blend of STEM and classical education. We are seeking a limited number of great elementary teachers to join us for the 2026-27 school year.
At FCA, we are committed to results. We know that all children are capable of greatness. We have a rigorous, fast-paced curriculum that is both engaging and demanding. Teachers receive frequent feedback and coaching as we work together to create the best educational experience for both students and teachers.
WE LOVE OUR TEACHERS! We understand the challenges and stresses that teachers face everyday and we work hard to create an enjoyable working environment for you. This means providing open and inviting classrooms, grade-level or subject area support teams, instructional support, limited meetings, ongoing professional development, established curriculum resources, and much more. As a single-site charter school, we are free of bloated bureaucracy and power structures. You will have direct access to decision-makers and can contribute in a meaningful way to important school decisions.
FOUR DAY SCHOOL WEEK. Our school is a four day a week campus. This means students will go to school four days a week, Monday-Thursday. Once a month, our staff will meet on Friday for professional development and extra planning time.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Deliver fast-paced, engaging lessons in a direct instruction model.
- Maintain excellent classroom management.
- Communicate frequently with parents.
- Attend weekly PLC meetings and Staff Meetings.
- Participate in student pick-up or drop-off, as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
Qualified applicants must:
- Have an NV teacher's certificate for Early Childhood or Elementary.
- Be open to frequent coaching and feedback.
