The OpportunityAs a Bank Platform Transformation - Core Banking Modernization - Sr Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize operational efficiency through the analysis, implementation, training, and support of business applications. Within our Business & Supply Chain Operations practice, you will leverage your skills and experience to deliver quality results, guiding clients in achieving their strategic objectives. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their business processes.
As a Senior Manager, you will lead large projects and innovate processes, focusing on achieving results and maintaining operational excellence. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment and strategic advising to drive project success. Your ability to develop and sustain diverse and inclusive teams will contribute to the overall success of our firm. In this role, you will validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on client feedback, confirming that our services align with client expectations and industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Leading core banking modernization projects to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction
- Analyzing client needs and implementing tailored software solutions to optimize business processes
- Providing strategic guidance and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications
- Coaching and mentoring teams to solve complex problems and drive project success
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within client operations
- Validating outcomes with clients and incorporating feedback to refine project deliverables
- Directing teams through challenging and uncertain situations with composure and clarity
- Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to facilitate successful project execution
- Promoting the adoption of innovative technologies and practices across business application consulting teams
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that align with client objectives and strategic goals
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
