Senior Complex Litigation Associate – San Francisco (298/o)

Ideal candidates will have experience in general liability, personal injury, transportation, and/or catastrophic injury. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys with 8+ years of litigation experience, to grow in their careers with exposure to a wide variety of prominent national clients and by taking on substantial litigation responsibilities. Working directly with in-house counsel, the attorney in this role will have the opportunity to interact directly with sophisticated clients, as well as Internal teams of talented, experienced professionals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end.
• Work closely and collaborate with other attorneys and partners.
• Regular trial preparation, investigation, court appearances, mediations, and depositions.
• Communicate with clients and provide reports.

 

Qualifications

• Must have a JD from an accredited law school
• Must be admitted to practice law in California and be a good standing member of the CA Bar
• Must have 8+ years of defense litigation experience
• Experience with defending Personal Injury, General Liability, Catastrophic Injury, Transportation, and other civil litigation matters preferred.
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Client-facing experience preferred
• Must have the ability to integrate into a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• First chair trial experience preferred
• Legal project management experience is a plus.
