Description
• Design experience in a hospitality / F&B / retail, with design/architecture firms or as in-house designers from concept to design management
• 10 years and above for design manager.
• Relevant architecture/interior design education qualifications at qualified institutions.
• Demonstrated application of industry trends, building and health codes, 3D visualization skills, and understanding of color and design principles.
• CAD drafting experience using Revit, Microstation or AutoCAD software.
• Knowledge of current sustainability trends and practices preferred.
• Ability to work as a team or individually.
• Demonstrated experience in managing a team.
• Presentation skills.
