They’re now on the hunt for a driven, inspiring Executive Sous Chef, someone who can lead from the front, raise the bar every day, and help define the future of this already-celebrated restaurant.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the kitchen’s daily operation to 3 Rosette standards
• Standing in for the Exec Chef and helping shape the long-term vision
• Coaching, motivating, and developing a talented brigade
• Playing a key role in new menu ideas and elevating seasonal creativity
• Driving consistency, precision, and innovation at every service
• Maintaining strict food safety and hygiene standards
